Packaging, artwork, slipcovers, inserts, and other collectible components may vary slightly from mockups shown prior to release.

Limitation of Liability

Recently Deceased is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, strikes, or other events outside our control.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is free in the US for purchases over $99.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders ship within 2–5 business days.

During major sales, holidays, conventions, or new release periods, processing times may be longer.

Pre-orders ship once all items in the order are available unless otherwise noted.

Combined Orders

Orders containing pre-order items may be held until every item is available.

If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please place separate orders.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and other available shipping services.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country.

Recently Deceased is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we will gladly assist with carrier claims, replacement or refund decisions may depend upon carrier investigations.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a severely damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Minor shelf wear, tiny corner dings, or shrink-wrap imperfections are not considered defects due to the nature of shipping collectible media.

Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be considered for defective merchandise. The exchange must be for the same item.

We cannot guarantee exchanges for limited stock items once they have sold out.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the Return Policy above.

Pre-orders may be canceled prior to shipment unless otherwise noted on the product page.

All orders are immediately processed through our secure merchant processor as they are placed, incurring irreversible fees. Therefore, if an order needs to be cancelled a cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund before it is issued.
