A decapitated mutilated Chucky head from the Colonel’s cabin scenes in season 2 episode 5 and 6 of the Chucky TV show (2021-2024). This is a screen used prop that came directly from production. These were custom made by them, with a unique head mold, acrylic teeth, acrylic eyes, hair, and very detailed paint. No COA.
DAMAGED. The side of the head was indented during shipping and got stuck that way. It can most likely be repaired. Still displays well with the indent hidden under the hair.
